Steffany O’Neill is CRATE’s Senior Project Manager. Steffany is an expert at guiding clients through complicated projects, always with an eye on budget and schedule. Clients love working with her.

 

In 2010 Steffany chose to gain a different perspective on the industry and took a position with SL Green Realty. Working in the Architecture department of one of the largest Real Estate owners in Fairfield and Westchester Counties, she handled the suburban portfolio of 5.5M sf of Class A office space, across 20+ buildings, and brings this unique expertise to our firm. Projects included tenant office development, capital improvement, acquisitions and building repositions. Steffany came to her senses in 2013 and returned to focus her career on Corporate Interiors.
